There have been so many ghastly attacks and murders, whether terrorist inspired or for whatever other reason.  Just how can one forgive those who do such awful deeds to innocent people?   It must be so difficult, yet we do hear of some people saying 'I forgive'.    Could I ever live up to this ideal?

This led me to think more about forgiveness and thus came about I forgive..but how?
